Just got sketchup 2024 and need to figure out how to get all my plugins and stuff imported over. The symbols have changed a bit so I'm having trouble identifying them and my vision is going so its hard to see. I need to find some computer glasses that work. Might borrow some of Mom's various glasses and see if any of them work, find out the magnification on them and get my own. She has tons of glasses lying around though. LOL. Keeps misplacing them and orders new ones then finds the old ones.
I'm not sure if I'll do a landing still out the back. I really want to though. But might just have to settle for some steps first. I want to box build them instead of doing stringers. Will have to move all the cinderblocks, level the ground, pack it down, put down some landscaping tarp, paver base, and pavers. Not sure if the paver base should be above or below the tarp-- but thinking maybe a little of both. I want the tarp to keep the stupid weeds from growing back up. There are a few trees that need to go as well.
I'll address yardwork more when it cools off.
Meanwhile, I found an outdoor rated utility sink that I'd like to put out the back door so I can rinse really nasty laundry before putting it in the machine. Will also let me rinse litterboxes off so I don't have to wash them near the cow's waterer or in the kitchen sink.
Temporarily I can run a hose from the hose splitter on the waterer but eventually I'd like to get hot & cold water hooked up to an outdoor sink.
I want to get this one:

Don't think this is the best way to wash jeans though

Photoshopper forgot shadows on that one. LOL.
Customers have said that even with the legs at highest height it can be a bit short but recommended bed risers.
So, my plan is to clear weeds out of the way, level the ground where some pavers will sit, put the sink in and maybe use some kind of tie downs to secure it if wind tries to pick it up (open to suggestions on that front). Probably put it up on bed risers and have it secured to bed risers and have bed risers secured somehow as well.
It comes with a faucet but I'm thinking I like this faucet better:

But I might stick with the faucet it came with and just do a side sprayer mounted separately or something. I'll ask on plumbing forums about that, but should be able to get some sort of tee of sorts that can be used for switching. I might add a PVC ledge shelf behind the sink to hold stuff and maybe be a spot to mount a side sprayer. Although, I know some shataffs can be wall-mounted or hook over the side of something. Just need to figure out how to do the plumbing on that.
I also want to figure out how to do the drain configuration. I hate that accordion thing they show. I would absolutely not use that. If anything, I'd have a pipe that diverts water away from the house and goes to a french drain (don't feel this really needs to be hooked to septic tank plumbing as it will be for stuff you'd use a garden hose for mostly). I'm open to suggestions on the drainage hookup as well.
For winder, I will have all of the water supply lines wrapped/insulated and I have some styrofoam coolers lying around that I could put over the faucet.
