Leaking Patio Door

Hi,

I have a leaking patio door. On top of the door I have a deck. The door leaks from the top. Last time I had a Handyman come and open the sidings outside the room (they were very wet). He inserting something above the patio door and caulked it. However, that has not fixed the problem. Can anyone help.
