terrazzo flooring.

Have this terrazzo flooring installed. It lasted years and years. We decided to carpet the whole floor. Now when we take the carpet off there are dark stains embeded in the terrazzo. Patches here and there due to the moisture content and it already seap thru the porous terazzo. Tried grinding the floor but still could not remove the stains. Any suggestion on treating it or redesigning it into a unique looking floor? I would like to keep the terrazzo floor intact.

Stone tech makes a poultice for removing grease stains from granite, I am pretty sure it will work on terrazzo

I have a question...How do you remove carpet tacking nails from the terrazzo floor without breaking the surface? ths

Usually it is next to impossible! I've seen people find a grout color similar to their terrazzo and use that to patch the holes
