During heavy rains in southern California noticed crack in stucco above front porch with water leaking through it. Crack leads up to outside of second story balcony which has concrete flooring. Hard to describe....photos may help. I am sure I can not fix this myself but don't even know what type of repair person/contractor to contact so asking for advice.
Pic 1 shows overall layout of front of house. Front porch on right with overhang where the creack noticed.
Pic 2 crack goes up to 2nd floor balcony. Could balcony itself be leaking or is water traveling from some other area?
Pic 3 corner of upper balcony where water may be coming from and then traveling down ?
