Made some Air Fried Potatoes with Ginger, Sea Salt, Curry and Garam Masala... UHHHHH... I'm going to gain 30 pounds this Winter, but I'm about to put a Closed sign on the Oven until then.

Have you tried an olive oil mister?

No, the oil has to be mixed up with the Potatoes in a Ziplock or in a mixing bowl. Spraying it on the Potatoes while they are on the rack would require flipping them, and it would get some on the bottom of the oven, so that would smoke.

Ron, my father was overweight and dropped way too much at once & looked sickly. He didn't ever get well enough to gain any back though. My highest weight was around 220lbs and my healthy weight is around 150lbs. I doubt I can get back to 150 but last I checked I was down to 200. I need to get down to at least 170 though.

My instructions to the fedex driver have consistently said to leave my packages on the porch. It is in their records for delivery instructions. The driver put two of my packages on the sidewalk and dumped a 3rd in the grass behind the truck. I sent the pictures to Fedex and pointed out that I requested that my packages be on the porch near the door. They actually put in a complaint form over it and gave me a case number. I wasn't expecting that. i just wanted them to tell the driver to please just put stuff on the porch. I had to go searching for my 3rd package. Also, I think they misdelivered my neighbors' package to my house bc I heard a noise outside and saw the neighbor closing their trunk and then hopping back into their vehicle with something in their hand. I didn't have anything else coming that I know of, but at first I thought they were stealing my packages. My useless dogs just stared out the window and wagged their tails without barking. They bark at cats, birds, lizards, and seemingly nothing, but didn't bark at people. I want them to bark at people. LOL.

I got overheated going out to search for the packages and bringing the stuff in.

Trying to get my friend to respond to my messages asking about his availability this weekend to help with my bathroom project. I want it done by Tuesday.

I think the idea is to spray before seasoning not in the fryer so less oil is required.

I used to spray my pork chops with butter spray to make seasoning stick to them before sticking them in the air fryer. I'd hit both sides. Right now I'm marinating some pork chops in mirin, ginger powder, and garlic salt. I'll get some into the air fryer in a few minutes.

Good Evening Everyone...

Well, got my new booties on the truck yesterday, and after paying $1204... I am very impressed with them... a very quiet ride for aggressive tires... Very impressive... The tires were on by 10:30 yesterday morning, Lorie texted me and asked when I would be home, told her I was just leaving the garage... She said she was ready... My mind went in every direction... Thought I was going to be a happy-go-lucky puppy... But, nope, not what she meant... Well, we ended up in NY state and went to Ogdensburg and Massena... Found out it's a 20-minute drive from our laneway to be in the USA... The only thing we found cheaper was a garage door opener... So... early next month, we are going to take a drive to Syracuse and Watertown, and grab a hotel for 48 hours... that way we can both bring back $800 duty-free...

Today we went to the gym, dump, pick up the wine we made, and then down to Blockhouse Island on St. Lawerence and watched a couple of ships travel by... I am like a kid when I see them. I'll post pictures next time...

My friend used those little cat claw covers that went over the cats nails.... idk if they are safe/unharmful, but they did work

Yeah, we tried them @shan2themax, she had them off her nails in like 10 minutes, so we tried again, and they were gone in 15 minutes... Our last cat would last a few weeks, but not Ginger...

Yeah, Wheat is horrific on our bodies. The Food pyramid in the US lied to us for decades with the "Food Pyramid", and since the 1950's about what is healthy / what isn't concerning fats.

I suggest the book "Wheat Belly"... I haven't read it, but have heard descriptions of it. Tons of Doctors I listen to reference it, but the Cliff notes version is Wheat causes leaky gut... If you have leaky gut, you also have leaky liver, leaky kidneys, leaky brain, leaky heart, leaky teeth...

Now for Tats, not for me, I don't mind little tats on women or even guys at that... But these sleeves or body tattoos, especially on a Lady, I find them very tasteless for this puppy... My sister has her entire left arm tatted in black ink... tats over her breasts, and on her tummy, I think it's very ugly in a swimsuit... Not for this puppy... and her husband is covered in tattoos... and the money they spend is crazy... is NUTS...

Well, we got by chronic pain/Buddy's dog for the week, as he goes over to the Dominican to treat people from Haitii... He and his wife go twice a week...

Well, Kids, the Dallas and Vegas hockey game is about to start... So I am going to sign out... In last nights game Carolina and Florida went to 4 overtime before Florida got a goal...

I would never use the claw covers because my cats go outside and I want them to be able to escape/defend themselves. I'd also be worried they would swallow them.

Flyover, I remember one time in Guam I saw a man & woman climb down from a lifted truck with monster wheels. It had all sorts of livery on it. In the pickup bed (not even inside the truck) were two super skinny malnourished looking kids with ratty clothes full of holes & stains. The parents both had tattoos & jewelry-- gold chains, rings on every finger, etc. Maybe I was just jumping to conclusions, but I presumed that they spent more money on the truck & themselves than on the kids. Looked like they either didn't have enough left for the kids or just didn't care. The fact that they had a back seat in the truck (it was a 4-door) & made the kids sit in the pickup bed reinforced my conclusion that they didn't care about the kids.

I'm trying to figure out what to cook for mom bc my brother went and ate what I was going to cook for her (without asking). She's super pissed.

That doesn't make sense for Potatoes or anything that has multiple pieces. It will take too long, also it will probably use more oil. I use around a TBSP or 1.25 TBSP in a bag or bowl. I can see spraying the outside of a whole Chicken, but don't think it would save oil...

I want to try Air Frying a whole Chicken, but will rub Duck Fat on it with spices... If that were to work, I don't care, I will pay for extra AC all summer long because I will lose my mind.

I finally got up the nerve to cook my turkey bacon. It was as tough as the tongue of jump boots. I saved a strip to experiment with. I will cook it til almost charred to see if it will get crisp.

That's Tough! I wore Jump Boots most of my career, but we were very happy when they pulled that for Desert boots we didn't have to shine... That is until we figured out they were Ankle breakers.

People that drive lowered trucks with $20K sound systems are rich kids or they own the stereo shop. That's West Coast in my experience, not East Coast... Here, there is no such thing as a lowered truck, you wouldn't get into any parking lots.

Here, it's jacked up trucks with extended wheel bases and huge tires. Those are the rich kids.

Once when I was 5 or 6 I drew a perfectly realistic-looking thing, a bird or horse or something, on a piece of paper. But it felt like it needed some ground under it, and maybe a cloud above, and a tree nearby, and...before long I'd ruined the drawing and there was no room on the paper to correct the issue, I could only add further clutter. So I started filling in little designs and shapes everywhere just to pass the time.

I know how this guy must feel.

Spicoli, I used a ziploc bag for seasoning once. It left too much seasoning stuck to the oily sides of the bag. When I air fried potatoes I put a little oil in a salad bowl, turned and brushed until potatoes were covered with oil before seasoning. After frying I put them back into the bowl for eating so I used potatoes to sop the residue out of the bowl (minimal waste). I was thinking of misting the potatoes with oil thus less oil in the bowl.

Friend just messaged me that the last kitten didn't make it. He said it was suffering and crying and he was trying to comfort it and it died. No vet open today and even if he'd taken it the vets here suck anyway. He's really broken up about it.

Jeeps used to be neat little vehicles now the Wrangler has 17" or 18" wheels. A friend builds WWII Jeeps and asks $35K for them. I don't know what engine he puts in them. I drove an original and had to pull off the road going up a mountain to let traffic pass.
