The account authorization rules are getting ridiculous... On Ebay, I just entered my passcode, which should be it unless I choose to have a authenticator text or whatever it's called. I don't... For my Bank, yes... Not Ebay...

Enter Passcode... Check box for Human... Choose which pictures are Sports stadiums... Check whether to have a code emailed or texted...

Welcome to Fort Knox, Congratulations, you're in!

Edit... As I was looking around, I decided to look at my feedback received, and it tried to make me play the picture game again... Nope.

Perfect teeth were mentioned in an earlier post reminding me of a couple of smiles from the past that were so perfect that I can't forget them. I met this lady when she was a teen and her smile is still perfect now and she has a pre-teen daughter that has the same perfect smile.

I found this interesting post on facebook;

On Big Money and Radical Trends. I am continuing this stream of thought. The Facebook algorithm seems to put things out so that I don't get as much response as for something merely personal. But for those who do get it, I like to get your sense. I mentioned Jennifer Bilek a two days go for the first time after listening to a 45 minute presentation. She has written for credible publications. Her thesis is that the radical movements, especially the trans- agenda, is not a grass roots thing but driven by a fellowship of billionaires who are connected in Hi Tech and Medical/Pharmaceutics. They are seeking a new world order of trans-humanism. To do this they want to see human beings transcend the restrictions of old religious definitions of human meaning and order, and including even transceding biology. Recently conservative news reported that the massive big chain of drug stores, CVS, has gone totally "woke." Now anyone who identifies as a trans can use the bathroom of their preference. Of course, this opens the door to perverts who are falsely claiming it to be with the women. This has already happened multiple times. (Men are not very worried about trans men using their bathrooms. This really is a women's issue). With this policy, strict rules for using language to affirm trans identities has been embraced. About a week or two ago I asked how it is possible that such a rapid agenda of radicalism has gained so much ground in only the last few years. I asked for my friends to help if they knew the answer. Then my pastor friend sent me a link. I think Bilek may have the answer. It is a fellowship of people at the top with huge amounts of money, billions and billions. Follow the money. No doubt the ownner/leaders of CVS are in that fellowship. Such big bucks finance organizations, leaders of movements organizations and more.
Corporate power has now replaced the democratic governing part of our society. It is truly a fascist socialism. These corporate billionaires support the party that can be controlled and will not hinder their agenda to re-make humanity. They virtue signal to socialism and do some re-distribution, but really gain more and more power of control for the oligarchs and increase their wealth more and more. When Bernie Sanders speaks about the billionaires, I wonder if he really has a clue of what is happening really. In my book Social Justice, I argue that my problem with billionaires is the among of power they have to control society. It seems like Elon Musk has left the fellowship, if he was ever part of it.

I'm going to steer clear of anything political now and vent about Amazon and their deliveries. So, this time my package was pulled from Humble TX and sent to San Marcos TX-- which is almost 3hrs WEST of Humble. My package needs to go EAST. Last time they sent it from Humble to some place in California then to another town in California, then back in Humble where it has been lost since the 20th. They are already off to a bad start by sending it the wrong way. They turned a 3hr trip into 8hr. Ugh. I wish I could find their facility in Humble, go there personally, and demand the damn package.

Eddie, she does have pretty teeth.

Spicoli, I hate when they want to authenticate things and are like "We want to text you---"and I'm like NO. Not giving my cell number out. Then they are "We'll e-mail a code" and I'm fine with that. When I called amazon the other day though I got on the phone with their automated system and it wanted to text me (to my landline) and asked permission to text. I said NO. and it repeated that it needed to text me. I again said "NO" and it kept repeating over and over insisting that I had to allow texting. Its a friggin' landline so texting doesn't work! I kept saying NO and then started yelling "REPRESENTATIVE!" into the phone. I yelled a few swear words as well bc I was getting aggravated and after the 10th time of it asking about sending me a text it finally said it would let me speak to a live person and put me on hold.

I'm going to have to call them again about the most recent package though.

Is this still a 'what did you do today' thread?

Haha. In the spirit of keeping up with it, today I built a couple of planters out the front of my house.

I used decking boards. Took me all day to do the two, they are about 190 cm long and 70 cm high. Put false bottoms in them so they didn't take too much soil to fill.

I was unsure how to line them. I ended up going with a plastic weed supresser so that the water can still drain. Just trying to workout the best way to keep them from rotting now. I haven't decided on whether to paint them or just use a treatment.

Really enjoyed the process, will be doing the same again soon.

Everything is controlled by EnvironMENTAL / Social / Governance (ESG) and Diversity / Equity / Inclusion (DEI) scores that companies feel pressured to live up to because their Board of Directors is made up of spineless idiots.

It's the same thing with a twist as the social credit scores in China.

Who is owned by China? Blackrock.

What does Blackrock own? Every company you have ever heard of and a bunch you haven't, along with State Street and Vanguard. According to SEC Form 13 filings, they appear (usually all 3) in every company...

SO... China or Soros or others tell Blackrock "You will do this", and the standard White bankers like Larry Fink at Blackrock say "Sir Yes Sir" and pass that down to the companies they control and the BOD's of those companies say "Sir Yes Sir, we will paint our stores Rainbow colored Sir, just don't sell our stock"...

Now, if a big company said "Stick it where the sun don't shine", Joe and Jane public would reward them bigly by giving them tons of business and buying their stock, but almost all big companies are run by spineless idiots you see...

If the Saudis or the rich families in the UAE etc bought companies up, all the "Pride" stuff would vanish since Homosexuality is banned in most Middle East countries.

I'm locked out of my old Amazon account because to authenticate, they want to send me a text link to click on. I don't have that kind of phone, can't do it. There is really no customer service there, so trying to talk to them won't work.

That has nothing to do with fighting against the indoctrination from the Rainbow community. Fighting them is not hate, it's not allowing Demonic forces to Win. Christians have already won, it's written in stone, but I don't want a Sodom and Gomorrah type punishment happening to Earth again.

God provided Rainbows as the covenant that he would never destroy the Earth by a flood again, but the Gay community hijacked it. Same thing as the Nazis hijacking the Swastika.
You are 100% correct!

Yesterday I went up on my roof and tightened and/or sealed a bunch of screws on our metal roof. Today, I took Ruby to the doctor then we’re going to Harbor Freight to get her a yard cart. If there is time left, I will start installing some left guard gutter filters.

I would suggest a Gorilla dumping cart, mine is 8 years old, I need to replace a bolt in the frame and I had to fill a tire back up once. It's gone through Thousands upon Thousands of pounds of Dirt and Rocks...

I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one when mine finally gives out... There is a difference though, they make light duty and heavy duty, which was the 600 lb vs the 1200 lb versions... Best to check out in person before buying.

Harbor Freight is a complete miss for me, nothing they offer is quality, but to each their own.

My DIL needed big wheels for her hilly terrain so I think she got a Gorilla Cart. For me my only criteria was tie bar steering no dumping or sides. I think I got mine at Ace it's been around for for 10-15 years.

What I like is a real cart with bicycle type wheels. I have one but the redwood rotted out after about 20 years. I should have sheltered it. I may rebuild it using a pallet for the bottom. I liked it a lot better than the wagon style carts for my purposes. Firewood, mulch, dirt and leaves for the most part.

i ordered cat food and litter from chewy. It makes me realize how much a cat costs since it's not hidden in the grocery bill.

Speaking of carts, I had an arborist take a tree down for me and the crew used a polyethylene sled in the yard. I checked on them finding them to around $60.

Too me, there needs to be, "rules of engagement", for all those, "ITS", who declare themselves as, "TRANS", IE, as transitioning from one biological gender, to the other.

No sexual activity, with anyone, other than yourself, until the, "transition" is complete, and medically certified.
This would eliminate the incarcerated pregnancy that the state has to pay for.
If you violate this agreement your original gender is established and you are restricted from, "again", declaring yourself as, "trans" for a min.
of 5yrs.
You are restricted from participating in any sports, other than those equal to your birth gender.

Mattbram, I wonder what sort of sealant would not be toxic to the plants inside. Paint doesn't always seal. Although, maybe you can find something that does paint and sealing. Killz or Rustoleum or something like that.

I need a new cart/wheelbarrow like thing. Mine cracked after over a decade. It got rained in and the water froze and cracked it. The hurricane blew the tin off the shelter where it was covered. Man, the prices though. Mine was under $100 when I got it and now they are over $200.
I'm hoping I can fix up my old one. I got a second cheaper one that my friend was borrowing but it got stolen. Most likely by his mother.

Today my allergies were kicking my a** and post-nasal drip wrecked my guts. I had to go to the post office and then grabbed some salads from walmart. I saw the deli is closed again. It opened up briefly after the boil advisory was up, but I think they reinstated it. Not sure though.

Tomorrow I'm taking my friends out to eat (late celebration of friend's birthday) and to get some new boots for him. Also have a samsclub curbside order and an instore pickup (locker) at HD.

I had to call Amazon back over seeing that my 2nd order of the part that got lost was going the wrong way. They sent it to San Marcos or something and that was to the west when it needed to go east. When I got the automated system I kept saying "representative" over and over until it said it would put me through to a live person. This time it was faster because it didn't argue with me on text messages. I commented to the associate and in the review that I have a landline and can't get texts at it and I didn't want texts. They e-mailed me the verification instead.

Spicoli, You may be able to request e-mail verification instead of cell. It really sucks for people who don't have cellphones or texting that so much requires it now. They are phasing drive-through over to needing to order on an app now and then pickup at the last window. McDonalds no longer has their daily meal deals available unless you use the app.

I ditched that account, have a new one in the event that I can't find something better or cheaper somewhere else, but won't have the Prime again. The new account doesn't require any verification for some reason. I never set the original to have that.

Here's a site that used to work to get hold of CS at most companies... I haven't used it in a long time

Chewy is fast, two day delivery (if FedEx doesn't mess up). I couldn't find a receipt to see if Chewy is really cheaper than Walmart but often Walmart doesn't have stock and I have to look elsewhere. With Chewy I only have to lift once and skip the roundabout so there are pluses. Gas savings is another one as Walmart is 10-12 miles distant. I dropped Sams as it's about 30 miles away. It would take a heck of a lot of savings to justify driving 30 miles.
