Noticed a draft the other night and realized this casement, that when closed and locked, that the lower right area won't close snug like rest of window and leaves a pretty good gap. There is damage on the rail corner where the gap is but it is not pressing up against anything to cause the gap. Any thoughts? The locking mechanisms works fine. Thank you for any ideas, or help..

Welcome.
The window is broken and needs to be glued, and clamped.

But doing that won't eliminate the gap because that broken piece is not pushing against anything when the window is closed.

The trac inside the sash is deflected because the sash is deformed, when that is corrected, and pulled together, it should pull the sash in line.
