You don’t want a gfci breaker or receptacle feeding another gfci receptacle downstream.

As posted above it is fine to have one GFCI feeding another if you use the line side to clamp the extended cable to the next GFCI. I would never want to feed a GFCI from the load side of another GFCI though.You don’t want a gfci breaker or receptacle feeding another gfci receptacle downstream.
