I had a full roof replacement (flat square tiles -> thinner shingles). After the work there is a wall gap under an overhang just above the shingles. They warned me they wouldn't repaint it but I wasn't expecting this gap (see daytime picture), I'm not certain if they removed stucco as part of the work...I don't have a pre-work picture of this spot). Should I be concerned about this gap? Should I arrange for a stucco install followed by paint?
The top overhang is about 2' (see nighttime picture), so the gap will not get directly rained on.
