    My new project

What makes the spark on that thing? It has to have points, a timer, or something of a similar nature.

    Dream tools....

A Bridgeport is about the best if you can find one, but they can be a bit more pricey. Some of the import brands can be found cheaper. Power feeds are nice, at least on the "X" Axis if you can find one. Try and find something with a collet system that you can get collets for. "R8" is pretty...

Yeah, it's been on my bucket list and a deal came up so we jumped on it. Only have about 10 states to cover and I'll have visited all 50.

I've found a manual lathe and a manual mill can really accomplish a lot for relatively little money if you find a good deal on each.

The "What did you do today thread"?

Took the T to the "All Ford Club Breakfast" in Tucson today. Took the wife on her first 20 mile mountain bike ride yesterday. No complaints on her end and she road the whole trail except for about 10 feet of one hill.

What oil do you use and why?

Brad Penn in the Porsche It's the only thing I own that tachs to 6K RPM Valvoline in the Model T's No real reason other than that's what my engine builder said he's used in his T's for the last many years Rotella in the Dodge. I get a good discount on it and can do an oil change and...

    Humble 3 Car

Yeah, we usually see about 1 per ride in the summer if we're on the trails in the morning. We ride a local bike path at night and it's not un-usual to see 3-4 laying on the path. This is where we ended up this weekend. Also did a short ride on Sunday with the wife (her first MTB ride)...

Got the primary bike back together. I was "shredding the gnar" too hard a couple weeks ago and ruined a rear wheel. A picture of yesterday's ride.

    Compressed Air Plumbing options

Upgraded the shop compressor a few months ago. Don't mind the mess, we've been re-arranging and expanding.

The "What did you do today thread"?

Yeah, my other bike has a nice hollow pin KMC. I'm not sure what happened here. Probably only has about 500 miles on it and I wasn't even getting crazy when it happened.

The "What did you do today thread"?

Broke my backup bike this morning Had to hike out 3 miles and I didn't want to get passed by my riding buddies and I had a good lead so I did a lot of running with the bike and dead sticking the downhills. Made it back with about 10 min to spare.

Also got to visit a pretty nice garage last weekend. He's the president of our local T club. He's got about 40 T's and 91 cars total. Sorry about the rotation. Photobucket is being dumb. One of his fire trucks. He has a few The Porsche with black wheels just so I could see what it looked...

Also gave the Toyota some love last year. Went into the top end of the motor and checked everything out. Did some paint work with some custom engraving on the valve covers and that stock intake just wasn't doing its part any more so I added a little blower to it......:)
